Sampai jam 6 saya masih menunggu dan kata suster jaga, administrasinya masih belum jam 7 malam saya mendatangi kasir rumah sakit dan dikabari bahwa mereka belum mendapatkan konfirmasi dari perusahaan asuransi kami. Saya ditawarkan untuk pulang duluan dan meninggalkan kartu asuransinya di rumah sakit. Saya setuju dan akhirnya pulang tanpa meninggalkan jaminan uang sepeser pun, kecuali kartu asuransi anak urusan administrasi sudah dinyatakan selesai dengan bukti Bill yang dibayarkan asuransi hampir 7 juta. Meskipun tak sepeser pun uang yang harus dikeluarkan dari kantong sendiri, saya penasaran kok semahal itu karena seingat saya tarif rawat inat inap kelas itu tidak sampai 600 ribu semalamnya. Ternyata pada rincian pembayaran tertera biaya kamar adalah 5 hari, bukan 4 saya konfirmasi lagi bahwa anak saya hanya empat hari, mereka mengatakan kalau jadwal check out adalah jam 6 sore. Jadi karena saya pulang jam 7, sudah dihitung 1 hari lagi. Ow… kalau saja biaya itu harus dikeluarkan dari kantong sendiri, saya pasti sudah komplain habis-habisan. Karena saat itu saya sudah siap untuk pulang sebelum jam 6 tetapi karena administrasi belum selesai, saya terpaksa nunggu sampai jam 7. Lagi pula percuma saja di-komplain lagi karena pihak asuransi sudah membayar tidak tahu apakah ini kesengajaan atau tidak. Bisa saja karena mereka lakukan itu karena melihat kesempatan untuk mengajukan klaim lebih besar dari yang saya gunakan. Toh pasien tidak membayar pakai uang sendiri. Tapi entahlah, saya juga tidak mau berburuk sangka, apalagi rumah sakit itu telah berjasa menyembuhkan anak sekedar berbagi pengalaman buat teman-teman, jika rawat inap di rumah sakit dimanapun agar senantiasa memperhatikan jam checkout tersebut. rumah sakit satu dengan yang lain mungkin tidak sama jam checkoutnya sehingga tidak harus membayar tagihan yang tidak perlu.
